Stephanie Barclay is an associate with Ogden & Fricks LLP in San Luis Obispo, where she specializes in business and real estate litigation and transactions.  She is a former Deputy Attorney General with the Calfornia Attorney General's Office in San Francisco where she prosecuted false claims cases.  She is a graduate of U.C. Davis (1988) and Santa Clara University School of Law (1996).

Nancy J. Warren has been a full time mediator and arbitrator with JAMS for ten years.  Her practice includes resolving disputes in a variety of subject matters including employment, real estate, banking, business and personal injury.  Prior to joining JAMS, she represented financial institutions in all areas of litigation.  She graduated from Loyola Law School in 1980.

Julie Casey Martinez is an attorney with Andre, Morris & Buttery in its Civil Litigation Practice Group.  She is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

Elisabeth (Lisa) Sperow is a lecturer in the areas of Business Law, International Law and Employment Law at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.  Prior to that she was a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch in Washington, D.C.

Stacy Millich is the lead criminal justice instructor at Cuesta College. Prior to joining Cuesta's faculty, Stacy was a deputy county counsel advising law enforcement agencies and a deputy public defender.

Sada Andrews is the community relations manager at Lifewater International and lecturer in Political Science at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. Specializing in human rights and development, she is a graduate of William & Mary School of Law and the University of London.
