May 2021 Zoom MCLE: Back to Business as Usual, or Is it?

Women Lawyers Association
Presents

Back to Business as Usual, or Is it?

May MCLE: It’s 2021, we’re getting vaccinated and we’re all ready to go back to work life as it used to be, right? Maybe, maybe not.

Whether you have one employee or 100, the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the workplace and will into the foreseeable future.

Join us on May 5, 2021 as Jane Heath offers answers to the following questions and as many more as you can come up with:

· What things do I need to consider if employees will be returning to the workplace?

· What things do I need to consider if remote work will continue to be available?

· What are the employer’s responsibilities concerning testing and vaccination?

· What is an IIPP and why do I need to care?

· Cal-OSHA only cares about manufacturing facilities and construction sites, right?

· Can I mandate vaccination? Should I? What do I do if someone refuses?

· What do I do if an employee gets COVID or gets sick from the vaccine?

The Women Lawyers Association of San Luis Obispo County is a California State Bar approved MCLE provider. This program qualifies for one (1.0) hour of MCLE participatory credit. Please Join Us (remotely)!
