Dennis Law is a principal with the firm and a member of the Civil Litigation and the Environmental and Land Use Practice Groups. Dennis is a trial attorney with extensive jury trial experience. His practice focuses primarily on real property and business disputes, including specialties in land use counseling and litigation. In addition to his experience involving trial court and appellate court-related litigation, Dennis has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution forums, most notably mediation and informal settlement negotiations.
Dennis graduated with honors from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1979 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and joined the firm that year. Dennis also trained in mediation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
Laurie Quigley Saldaña is a principal with Mediation Central and has worked as a full-time mediator of litigated and pre-litigation civil disputes since 2009. She mediates throughout California, principally the central coast, the central valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles and has a successful record of mediating cases in multiple areas of civil litigation. Prior to forming Mediation Central, Laurie was a civil trial attorney for 18 years with Lang, Richert & Patch, Fresno, and Morrison & Forester, Los Angeles.
Laurie graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Political Economy of Industrial Societies, BA, 1988. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 1991 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Laurie also trained in mediation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and is a member of the Superior Court Mediation Panels for the counties of Fresno, Merced, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Tulare.
