After graduation, Christine worked for a solo general practitioner in the LA area before moving to San Luis Obispo in 2000. She worked in San Luis Obispo with an insurance defense and municipal law firm where she served as contract Assistant/Deputy City Attorney for Morro Bay and Pismo Beach until 2003. She then worked as a civil litigator at a boutique private sector firm in Santa Barbara until 2005, when she was hired as an Assistant City Attorney. Christine celebrated her 15th year with the City in February, the last ten of which have been spent as the City Attorney.
